Shield parted per pale wavy, at dexter Or a crozier issuant Gules in pale surrounded by three torteaux, at sinister Gules a tower Argent with half timber.
Meaning:
Crozier and red balls are attributes of St. Nicholas, the local patron saint. The tower is part of the "Rothenburger Landhege", a border fortification. One tower still exists in Großharbach. The line of partition is representing the Tauber Valley.
