Republic of China adopted an ensign of Fishery Patrol & Fishery Investigation
Test Vessel on April 10th 1935 by Government Official Gazette Number 1712.
The flag is a national flag charged with 15 large white stars and 16 small white
stars sprinkled in the fly which is indeed gaudy flag.
