UWO, also referred to as Western University, is a medical/doctoral research university in Ontario, Canada.
After Western unveiled its new branding in 2012, I began to see flags flying
around campus with the university's new logo. The flags were purple with the
logo centered in white. I have attached a
photo I took in May 2018.

If I remember correctly, this is a souvenir flag sold in the campus
bookstore. It was also flown inside and outside of some downtown bars.

Brescia is a Roman Catholic women's college, affiliated with the University
of Western Ontario.
It has no apparent flag.

St. Peter's is a Roman Catholic seminary affiliated with the University of
Western Ontario.
