From Wikipedia:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Skerryvore,_Ontario:
"Skerryvore is a small
community in Ontario, Canada located on the shores of Georgian Bay just south of
the community of Pointe-au-Baril Station. It is part of the township of The
Archipelago. There are approximately 125 cottages or homes located within the
community, which was named after a (long since demolished) vacation hotel
located in the area. The hotel was itself named after the Skerryvore lighthouse
in Scotland."
Valentin Poposki, 2 June 2009
