Description of the flag

The flag of the County of Simcoe, Ontario, consists of county logo on white field. It was seen on a photo at http://www.allistonherald.com/allistonherald/article/152124 (now inactive).

If I remember right the white flag with logo or arms was the old flag. The current flag is light blue with arms. In the Simcoe County web pages there are two photos of the white flag, and the logo shows a figure like a flag, white, yellow and blue with a ship, the sun and two pine trees in the center.
