The flag can be seen at the town hall at https://www.townofbaieverte.ca/town_hall.php (archived here).
A larger
photo of the town flag shows it consists of seven horizontal wavy white and blue
stripes, flanked by green semi-circles with a gold disk on each, and in the
centre, a pick-axe and shovel overlain by a cog-wheel:
