Description of the flag

Rockwood Rural Municipality, Manitoba, has reported it has a flag, but has no image or photo to send me.

Established in 1880, the flag shows the crest of the RM of Rockwood, a gold belt surrounding the lamp of knowledge (top) and a farm cultivator showing progress (bottom) of the shield. The words Progress, Industry and Education are on the gold belt, surmounted by a beaver. A green ribbon at the bottom has the words Rural Municipality of Rockwood, and is supported on both sides by wheat.
