The flag of the Town is white with the town's name and (I guess) some nearby hills, partially seen in the image at https://www.town.blackdiamond.ab.ca/ImageRepository/Document?documentId=3851
The image on the flag is NOT the town's logo.

The municipal flag of Turner Valley Alberta (population: 1908) has a flag with a oil derrick which reflects the community’s early history as a center of the oil and natural gas industry in Alberta. Also on the flag is a representation of the foothills and snow-capped Canadian Rocky Mountains.
