The municipal flag of the Village of Delburne, 
Alberta (population: 765) has an illustration of an oil lamp and window along 
with the village’s motto: “The Lamp in Parkland’s Window”. The community is 
located east of the City of Red Deer in the center of Alberta’s Parkland.
