The flag of the city (same as the rayon) contains their emblem in the center of a blue/white/blue flag. The emblem was adopted in 1999 and the flag was adopted in 2001. (Source)

The arms are azure an arrow argent per pale pointing upwards
crossed over an other set per fess and pointing dexterwards above
a lily of the same and surmounted by a princely crown of the
same.
