The source provides an image of the flag but no explanation. A horizontal
tricolor green, white, and yellow, with the white stripe taking up the
middle half of the hoist. On the center, a blue disk with what is
apparently a white outline map of the municipality divided by a blue river;
on the dexter side of the river two interlaced gold rings and on the
sinister side two palm trees.
