"Baner" / "y faner" 
is the general word for "flag" (plural is 
"banerau" or 
"baneri", with mutations: 
"fanerau" / 
"faneri", 
"maner" (sg.) / 
"manerau" / 
"maneri"). 
"National Flag" is "y Faner Genedlaethol"; 
"my flag" is "fy maner".

It turns out that several sources Ive looked at show that 
"fflag(en)" actually means "flag-stick"(?) and with the 
"-en" means "flagstone" although Ive come
across instances of "fflag" being used for "flag".

"Lluman" / "y lluman" is used to describe 
ensigns and sports flags (pl. "llumanau", 
with mutations: "luman" / 
"lumanau"). 
The Red Ensign is "y Lluman Coch"; 
the Blue Ensign is "y Lluman Glas"; 
the White Ensign is "y Lluman Gwyn".
