Description of the flag

The flag is a green field with the municipal seal in the center.

Seal

The seal is a blue ring with the borough name on it. The parts "BOROUGH OF" and "SUGARCREEK" are divided by two golden Victorian scorlls on either side of the seal. In the center of the seal is a disk which is diagonal divided into four quarters. The first depicts the sun in a blue sky, the second is an eagle soaring over a lake. The third shows the moon with distant stars in the far out parts of space. The fourth is hilly terrain with a river flowing through it, with a lone tree and railroad tracks next to it.
