Seal

[Municipal seal] image located by David Sigley, 13 March 2023

The seal is made of a white ring with golden outlines. The ring is inscribed with the township name and establishment year, the two are separated by two stars (Depending on the version used, the stars may be blue or gold). In the center is a blue silhouette of a Paxton Ranger, also known as a Paxton Boy. They were some of the most aggressive colonialists and are remembered for their brutality and the killings of local Indigenous peoples in the area.
