Description of the flag

Photographs of the flag alone and with the old flag are available on the city's website.
https://www.cityofwestfield.org/ImageRepository/Document?documentID=4110
https://www.cityofwestfield.org/ImageRepository/Document?documentID=6235

The presence of both flags suggests the LOB is only for branding. The logo first appears on the city's Twitter page in 2017.

A white flag with the town seal in the center.  The seal consists of a picture of a statue in black and white, surrounded by two red-lined rings, the inner one incomplete, bearing the dates of incorporation and elevation to city status, and in the outer ring the name of the city and state. Below is yellow ribbon with text. Westfield is in Hampden County.
