Description of the flag

Kalininskiy Village Council is municipality in Mikhaylovskiy County in Amurskaya Region. Its symbols were adopted on 05.04.2016.

A yellow rectangular cloth with a width to length ratio of 2:3, with a blue jagged stripe along the bottom edge of the cloth at 1/4 of the cloth's width, reproducing in the middle of the yellow part of the cloth a crimson (pink) lotus flower above two green soybean pods placed below, joined at the base and diverging upward and to the sides.

In a golden field above a narrow, jagged azure tip is a purple lotus flower, accompanied by two green soybean pods placed like a wreath on the sides and below.
