Shield Or, two olive twigs Vert fruited Or ordered per fess, in chief a dove volant Azure eyed Gules, in base a royal coronet Gules. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black upper case letters "FREGUESIA DE SANTA COMBA DÃO".

Shield Or with base wavy of Azure and Argent, two pine branches Vert fruited Gules and ordered per fess, in chief an orbicular cross Gules.Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black upper case letters "COUTO DO MOSTEIRO".
Meaning:
The cross is alluding to The Order of the Templars.
