Shield Azure, an eradicated strawberry tree (Latin: Arbutus unedo) Argent, fruited Or, in chief a heraldic rose Or, in base a bar wavy Argent, charged with two fish Gules. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and grey scroll with inscription in black capitals "MADEIRÃ".
