The arms are Vert a steam engine Or, in chief a dolmen Argent garnished Azure. In base a heraldic fountain. Mural crown argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll reading in black upper case letters "BEIRÃ"
Meaning:
The steam engine is alluding to Marvão Railway Station, which is located in Beirã.
