All eight flags shown at w-ouen.com represent Waseda University but not a particular school of the university. The eight flags were made in different years (1983-2007) and given to the university.
Due to different use period and year of manufacture, the field color and the shape of ears of rice look a bit different.

Thanks a lot. The image of the flag of Waseda University is perfect. I know well it as I am a graduate of the school. The maroon flag has a white university emblem in the center. The emblem is a stylized kanji 大學 surrounded by wreath of rice stalks. Waseda means rice paddy field.

Located in Shinjuku City Tokyo and established in 1920. The embroidery ceremonial hanging flag has reddish brown background with a gold emblem in gold fringe. The university flag has reddish brown background with a white emblem and white kanji university name written vertically. The original university emblem was created in 1906 (Meiji 39), with the two letters of "大學" placed on an arc-shaped rice leaf. The school's emblem is based on the spirit of "to firmly tie a bunch of ears of rice, which represents the nourishment of the human mind, to achieve academic independence, and to make the best use of learning. In 1905, the Waseda University Baseball Club, led by Isoo Abe, made Japan's first overseas expedition to the United States. The team's new uniform was a light reddish-brown background with "WASEDA" embossed in reddish-brown. The color of the letters on the uniform was said to have been taken from the colors of the University of Chicago, the alma mater of Mr. Merryfield, who is said to have coached the Waseda baseball team. This was the beginning of the connection between Waseda University and the school color Ebicha reddish brown.
