Symbols of Valverde de Campos

The flag and arms of Valverde de Campos are prescribed by a Decree adopted on 16 March 2007 by the Municipal Council, signed on 22 March 2007 by the Mayor, and published on 12 September 2007 in the official gazette of Castilla y León, No. 178, p. 17,737 (text).
The symbols are described as follows:

Flag: Quadrangular panel, with proportions 1:1, gyronny of eight pieces, four white and four green. In the middle, the municipal coat of arms in full colors.
Coat of arms: 1. Vert three spikes or the base wavy argent and azure, 2. Argent a lion purpure crowned or. The shield mantled or, each mantle charged with a castle or port and windows azure [Crown not mentioned].
