Symbols of Santa Cecilia

The flag and arms of Santa Cecilia are prescribed by a Decree adopted on 27 September 2008 by the Municipal Council, signed on 13 May 2009 by the Mayor, and published on 22 May 2009 in the official gazette of Castilla y León, No. 95, p. 15,456 (text).
Approved on 13 March 2009 by the Chronicler of Arms of Castilla y León, the symbols are described as follows:

Flag: Quarangular, in proportions 1:1. On white two horizontal borders of 1/10th the flag's side, red on top and green on bottom. In the middle the municipal coat of arms of Santa Cecilia.
Coat of arms: Oblong and rounded-off in the lower part. Per pale, 1. Gules two palms the one or and the second argent in chief a six-pointed star or, 2a. Vert two wheat garbs per fess, 2b. Argent three bunches of grapes argent leaved vert 2 + 1, grafted in base argent a fess wavy azure. The shield surmounted by a Royal crown closed [...] (detailed description of the crown skipped)
