Oskar Wehr - The current flag is of dark blue with a yellow horizontal stripe in the middle. In the centre of the flag is a yellow roundel with a dark blue capital letters "OW". The "O" is superimposing the "W" or reverse.
I spotted an image of that flag on 18 May 2007 at the doorplate of Hamburg-Süd companies building in Willy-Brandt-Straße/Hamburg.
