Municipality of Wriedel
Municipality of Wriedel (Samtgemeinde* Altes Amt Ebstorf / Uelzen
County / Lower Saxonia).
Its ratio is 3:5. It's a green over yellow horizontal bicolour superimposed
by the coat of arms in the centre of the flag.
Description of coat of arms: In the base of a golden (=yellow) shield
is a fessy green line shaped like a crossbar of a cross burgundy.
Above the line is a green house with outdoor stairs flanked by two
bushes of juniper.
Source: I spotted the coat of arms on 28 March 2007 in Wriedel. The
image of the flag was made according to Hauptstaatsarchiv Hannover,
flag was submitted on 19 July 1986, so described in http://kommunalflaggen.de/.
*A "Samtgemeinde", also called "collective municipality"
is a combination of several municipalities to an administrative community
in Lower Saxony.
