Harz county

Harz is a county in Saxony-Anhalt, Germany. The county was established by merging the former counties of Halberstadt, Wernigerode and Quedlinburg as well as the city of Falkenstein (from the Aschersleben-Staßfurt County) as part of the administrative reform of July 1, 2007
On the 1st Meeting of the parliament (Kreistag) of the county of Harz on July 11, 2007 was adopted by resolution KT I/0106 the new symbols.
The permission of the ministry of the Interior is missing still. Permission given in the next days.
