Coat of Arms

Shield Argent with chief Gules, an intertwined linden branch Gules with eight leaves.
Meaning:
Since the 14th century the Lords of Seckendorff lived in the village They had been local rulers and had also the local cognisance since 1500, both as vassals of the Margraves of Brandenburg. A nearly independent lordship developed, which existed until 1797. The linden branch displays the family arms of the Seckendorff family, the chief is just a distinguishing element and also a symbol of their high level cognisance.

The arms were approved on 28 January 1958 by Minister of Interior of Bayern. The banner was never approved officially.
