Hallbergmoos Coat of Arms

Shield Argent on top of a mount issuant Vert an eradicated oak of the same, flanked by two impending bulrushes Vert with spadices Sable.
Meaning:
The oak is taken from the family arms of Imperial Baron Karl Theodor of Hallberg-Broich, who acquired Birkeneck Castle in 1825 and settled the surrounding marshes with colonists since 1829 and thus founded the village. The bulrushes are referring to the location in the marshes of Erding and are canting for the suffix "-moos".
