Sankt Märgen Coat of Arms

Shield Argent a church Gules with two towers.
Meaning:
The image s shows a representation of the former minster and later parish church. An Augustinian monastery had been here before 1120. The church appeared on local seals since the first half of the 19th century. It was placed onto an Iberian shield since 1902, the tinctures were fixed in 1927, finally some amendations had been made in the 20th century.
