The coat of arms is on this website with the announcement that the flag and coat of arms had been granted by Mr. Vačlav Klaus, and a description of 3 designs by Miroslav J.V. Pavlů, one of the Czech master-designers.
Flags and coat of arms are identical: a red field with in the center a yellow fleur-de-lis between two knives with yellow haft and white blade; on the bottom a white bunch of grapes.
