From what I can see at https://nsuok.edu/FutureStudents/default.aspx at the very bottom, the athletic logo flag seems to be the main flag used when the school needs to be represented to the public. The logo used can be seen on page 23 of https://offices.nsuok.edu/_resources/documents/3178_CM_Graphic%20Standards%20FINAL.pdf (Monogram alternate). There are banners for each of the departments the college offers; it the name of the department (in white) on a green background.
