Description of the flag

Upper Arlington held a vote starting on Aug 30, 2019, on two candidates for the city's new flag: https://upperarlingtonoh.gov/help-us-choose-a-new-city-flag/

The official flag was announced on January 27, 2020, and became available for sale on this page: https://upperarlingtonoh.gov/product/upper-arlington-city-flag/

Description: "The City Flag measures 3? high x 5? wide and features the Golden Bear-recognizable to all as the symbol of Upper Arlington’s proud heritage. The design also features two stars representing our community’s cherished past and golden future, while discreetly paying homage to Upper Arlington’s most popular community celebration, the Fourth of July. Additionally, the two stripes represent the two rivers that run to the east and west of our community."

The flag, as seen on a video from the Mayor's State of the City address, has apparently been horizontally reversed so that the bear now faces the hoist.

A more recent version of the previous flag is different but I haven't found a clear enough picture to use for drawing.
