Description of the flag

The flag of the CDP of Elkridge seems to have been created by the Elkridge Rotary Club.

The flag is a white field with a scene depicting a hilly coastline with a deer standing on it overlooking an ocean with a colonial ship sailing towards the shoreline. Above the ship is the year "1734" which refers to a law enacted by the Maryland General Assembly to erect a town in the area known as Jansen Town, however it was never finalized.
