East Peoria is located in Tazewell County, Illinois (U.S.). It was first established as the Village of East Peoria in 1889 and then it was changed into
City of East Peoria in 1919 (source: www.cityofeastpeoria.com).
The flag is a horizontal white background flag, featuring the logo in the middle, which reads on top: CITY OF EAST PEORIA in red capital letters; in the middle, a logo combining the initials "C", "E" and "P", and below COMMUNITY PRID in blue capital letters, as seen here (third flag from left to right):
