It is the second manufacturer of computers worldwide. HP is the world's leading PC manufacturer. It was established on January 1, 1939. HP is recognized as the symbolic founder of Silicon Valley. The flag is a horizontal white flag with the logo (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hewlett-Packard) in the middle and its motto "invent" in black lower case below, as seen here: www.portafolio.co. Since this logo was used from used from 1981 to 2008, it is possible that this flag is an obsolete flag and a new flag is currently being used.
