Description of the Flag

According to the Thai Ministry of Interior in 2000, the flag of Sakon Nakhon looked unequally horizontally divided blue over yellow with the provincial seal in the center in a red circle. In fact, the image was truncated and the blue and yellow stripes are equal, and the name of the province is written in big blue letters on the yellow stripe. The flag can be seen on the provincial website : http://www.sakonnakhon.go.th/prawat.htm
