Description of the flag

Shirinsky District is an administrative and municipal district in the Republic of Khakassia. It is located in the north of the republic. Its administrative center is the rural locality of Shira.

The flag is blue with a central emblem consisting of a white trotting horse with black mane surrounded by two yellow stemmed, white irises, and between their flowers a Khakassian emblem of a yellow four-rayed disk.
