Coat of arms

Shield Argent; a corn cob Or leaved Vert; flanked by two flax blossoms Azure, seeded Or, barbed, stemmed and leaved Vert; in chief two stones Sable garnished Or set in fess; in base a piece of a stem Vert cut Or. Mural crown Argent with four visible towers (town rank) and white scroll with inscription in black capitals "VILELA - PAREDES".
