Shield Or, a grapevine Purpure leafed Vert at dexter, an olive twig Vert fruited Sable at sinister, in chief a baron's coronet Gules with pearls Argent, on base wavy Azure a barrulet wavy Argent. Mural crown Argent with four visible towers (town rank)and white scroll with inscription in black capitals "PÓVOA DE PENELA".
