The arms have on a shield Argent a representation of Saint Victor. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll reading in black upper case serifed letters "SÃO VÍTOR".
Meaning:
These arms are fully canting, representing the eponymous (if slightly mythical) saint.

The communal government make regular use of this flag and arms, but also of a logotype. It was apparently adopted in 2016, and depicts a local chapel and lettering; I couldn't attest its use on flags.
