Description of the flag

Blue - white vertical bicolour with coat of arms centred. The shield is as follows: white with five blue quinas having a red bordure, fimbriated golden, displaying seven golden (= yellow) castles, realized as towers. The shield is topped by a red Phrygian cap, tied white and flanked by five 5-point stars in counterchanged colours. The shield is flanked by two branches olive in natural colour, tied in counterchanged colours.
