The flag of the former town of Kitsuregawa was white with mark. The town is
now, from 2005, part of the city of Sakura.

The design features a stylized version of the kanji character “喜” (ki), symbolizing progress, with the kanji character ‘川’ (kawa), representing a merger, placed inside the katakana character “キ” (ki).
