The Flag

The flag of the city of Kamisu is blue with mark.
Tomislav Šipek, 01 August 2014

The city emblem and the flag were adopted on Dec 26th 1977 by Ordinance No 35. The blue flag has a white city emblem in the center. The city emblem is a stylized hiragana か Ka of Kamisu in a form of  a flying bird. The upper right part symbolizes cap of a wave. It strongly represents a reconciliation and a solidarity of the citizen, a bright future as an industrial area, an exponential development of the industrial culture. The flag proportion is 11: 16.
