The flag of Babylon Governorate is white, with the emblem placed over it diagonally.

Logo

The logo of Babylon Governorate is shaped like a doorway; at the bottom of the border is Akkadian text. Under this is a rectangle reading its name in Arabic; and under, a rounded shape reading "BABYLON GOVERNORATE". Inside the doorway is an image of the Code of Hammurabi, depicting Hammurabi with the sun god Shamash. The date of its adoption and further background is unknown.
