Presentation of Petrovsko

The municipality of Petrovsko is located due west of Krapina, being virtually a suburbs of that town. It counts 3,022 inhabitants according to the 2001 census, 247 living in the village of Petrovsko proper.

The coat of arms of Petrovsko is "Azure two keys or in saltire wards down inward between two mullets of six of the same and in the base a mount vert". It is based on the previous design, artistically rendered in the modern Croatian municipal heraldry style.
The keys are referring to St. Peter, the municipality's namesake and patron saint.

The previous coat of arms of Petrovsko is "Azure two keys or in saltire wards down between two mullets of six of the same and in the chief inscribed 'PETROVSKO'".
The design was most probably rejected by the Ministry of Administration, and there was probably no flag to match it.
