Flag of the UTG, two versions - Images by Ivan Sache, 6 April 2021
The Union des Travailleurs Guyanais is the main workers' union in French Guiana. Linked with the (continental) French union Confédération Générale du Travail (Work General Confederation - CGT) by a "fraternal friendship", UTG is considered as one of the strongest supporters of independence of Guiana.
According to Article 1bis of the Statutes of the UTG, adopted by the 11th
Congress on 25-27 November 2004, "The official emblem of the UTG is the
yellow, green flag with the red star."
The flag (photo, photo, photo, photo), adopted in 1967 during the 1st Congress of UTG held in Sinnamary, is divided green-yellow by a descending diagonal and charged with a red star in the middle. This flag was adopted on 29 January 2010 as the flag of the Department of French Guiana.
The flag is sometimes used with the black letters "UTG" placed vertically along the hoist (photo).

The STEG (Syndicat des travailleurs de l'éducation de Guyane-UTG) is UTG's branch for education workers. STEG-UTG uses the union's generic flag with the black letters 'STEG" placed vertically along the hoist and the black letters 'UTG" placed vertically along the fly (photo).

Dubious independentist flag - Image by Ivan Sache, 25 October 2009
Although there is no evidence of a "French Guiana Liberation Movement", the flag of this "movement" is widespread over the Internet, as a graphic only, with the lower triangle green and the upper triangle yellow.

Flag of the Tam-Tam Front for the Liberation of Guiana - Image by Ivan Sache, 25 October 2009
In old letters received from G. Pasch, I found a drawing with the same colors, but the flag was vertically divided green-yellow (green to the hoist), with the red star in the centre. Pasch wrote that it was the flag of the "Tam-Tam Front for the Liberation of Guiana".

This flag was shown in Le Spectacle du Monde #167, p. 33 (Paris, February 1976), and reported in Flaggenmitteilungen [fml] #17.
