Symbols of San Miguel del Arroyo

The flag and arms of San Miguel del Arroyo are prescribed by a Decree adopted on 14 December 2000 by the Municipal Council, signed on 19 March 2001 by the Mayor, and published on 6 April 2001 in the official gazette of Castilla y León, No. 70, p. 5,814 (text).
The symbols are described as follows:

Flag: Rectangular flag, with proportions 2:3, made of a white panel with seven equal horizontal wavy stripes, four white and three blue, each with proportions 1:7 of the flag's hoist.
Coat of arms: Per pale, 1. Gules a sword and a palm all argent per saltire, 2. Argent three spikes vert, grafted in base waves argent and azure. The shield surmounted with a Royal crown closed.
