The white flag was parted by a thin black saltire. On its centre was a green trefoil, a detail of the city arms, on a white disc with black bordure. In canton was a green-white-blue horizontal tricolour.

The red flag was divided by a green, centred cross, fimbriated white. The upper hoist quarter displayed a black over white over red horizontal tricolour superimposed by a white "W" fimbriated black.

The white flag was divided by a black, centred, cotized cross. In the centre of the flag was a white disc cotized black-white-black and containing an athletics cross, probably being red. The upper hoist quarter was divided per bend sinister into green over white (less width) over red.
