Dittenheim Coat of Arms

Shield Azure, issuant from base a table mount Or, topped by two firs Argent, in central chief an impending inescutcheon quartered of Argent and Sable.
Meaning:
The mount is a representation of the local Gelber Berg (=yellow mountain), a local flat summit mount. The firs are symbolising forestal riches. The inescutcheon displays the arms of the Margraves of Ansbach, the former rulers.

The arms were approved on 12 January 1952 by Minister of Interior of Bayern. The banner has not been approved officially.
