Description of current flag:
The flag's ratio is 3:5. It is a celestial blue - yellow - celestial blue vertical triband with ratio 1:2:1. The coat of arms is in the centre of the flag in the yellow stripe.

Coat of arms

Description of coat of arms:
In a celestial blue field is a golden (= yellow) eagle's head. Below the head are tow ears of grain of the same colour crossed saltirishly.
