It is a blue-white-blue horizontal triband with ratio of stripes approx. 1:2:1. The coat of arms is in the middle of the white stripe.

Adenstedt Coat of Arms

Shield Azure with base Argent, a linden tree Argent and a bench Argent in front of the tree.
Meaning:
The charges are symbolising the historical court (German: Ding), which was held in the village for a very long time. The bench of the judges still existed in the village and was thus chosen as part of the arms.
The arms were approved on 30 July 1938. The flag never had been approved officially.

Möllensen Coat of Arms

Shield Argent a fess Azure, charged with an 8-point star Or, surrounded by an annulet of the same.
Meaning:
Annulet and star are a so called "solar wheel", which can be frequently found as an adornment on local farmhouses.
The arms were approved on 4 June 1938 by Oberpräsident of Prussian Hannover Province. The flag never had been approved officially.
